How To Help Me
- Pets and people can keep buyers from feeling at ease while they look through a home. For showings, please step out of the house if possible
- Tell your Agent which rooms benefit from sunshine and/or cool breezes
- Tell your Agent what you enjoy about the house, the yard, and the location
- Turn on all lights prior to any showings
- Open the drapes during the day, and close them at night
- Strong cooking or smoking odors can ruin a sale. Make sure your home is fresh for showing
- Small signs for highlighting the "special features" of your home will make sure buyers see all the benefits. Your Agent will appreciate any suggestions
